Side Meeting request

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS REQUEST FOR ANY WORKSHOP/SYMPOSIA/SESSIONS TO HAPPEN IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CONFERENCE OR IT’S PRE-WORKSHOPS (Monday).

A “Side Meeting” is fully independent of the conference, and not happening August 20th-23rd.

E.g.: you know that many members of your project network X happen to come to the conference anyway, you may consider to gather the network in Basel as way, in the days before or after the conference. This may save costs and limit the environmental foot print.

Please fill out this request form and send it back to nino.kuenzli[at]unibas[dot]ch. We will forward your request to the corresponding meeting facility, which will get in touch with you for the reservation of the meeting facility. Please note, that neither the conference nor its organizing agent will cover any costs for your ancillary meetings. This is only a service to get you in touch with people who may help you. Swiss TPH cannot take the organisation responsibility for such meetings either. We only coordinate these efforts. In case of many parallel requests we may be able to get facilities at the University for free.
