Online-Registration
Please use the online registration form to register for the conference. Registering for the conference is exclusively available online.
When registering for the first time you will automatically receive a confirmation of your registration for the conference as well as your personal login details to amend your registration at a later stage.

1) You will have the choice of 2 conference packages.
Conference Package (excluding conference dinner):
Your Conference Package includes the registration fee including all sessions of the main conference (20-23/08/2013) as well the welcome reception (19/08/2013).
Conference Package D (includes conference dinner):
Your Conference Package includes the registration fee including all sessions of the main conference (20-23/08/2013), the welcome reception (19/08/2013) and the official conference dinner (21/08/2013). (The registration confirmation does not itemize costs)
2) Participants who reside in Low or Lower-Middle Income countries as defined by the World Bank and WHO (http://data.worldbank.org/about/country-classifications/country-and-lending-groups) qualify for the lower conference fees. The reduction will automatically deducted when registering for the conference. Please check whether your resident country is subject to the reduced conference fee before registering for the conference.

Payment
The registration fees and items are payable online by credit card payment (American Express, VISA- or Mastercard).
Bank transfer is available for Swiss and Chinese residents only. Please note, that all payments must be effected in Swiss Francs.
Amendment & Cancellation Policy
All amendments or the cancellation of your registration must be made online using your personal login which you receive once you have completed or amended your online registration.
Refunds will apply to cancellations made before 30/06/2013. There will be a deduction of Swiss Francs 50.- for administrative charges.
No refunds will be made after 30/06/2013 for the non-attendance at this conference.
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance will automatically be sent to all delegates, that have registered and participated at the conference. Please ensure, that you provide a valid e-mail address when registering online.
Visa
If you require a visa, the invitation letter for the application will automatically be attached to the confirmation of your booking.
Full payment of the conference fees as well as an accepted abstract submission are required for this process. For details about visa requirements for Switzerland please contact your local Swiss consulate or the homepage of the Swiss Confederation.
